FAQ
How long does an appointment take?
Full sets usually take between 1.5 and 2 hours, and refills a little less. The time for each service is shown in the price list.
How do I prepare for my appointment?
Please arrive with clean lashes and no eye make-up or mascara, and avoid oily products around the eyes on the day. If you wear contact lenses, you may be more comfortable without them.
How do I look after my lashes?
Keep them dry for the first 24 hours, cleanse them gently with an oil-free lash cleanser, brush them through daily and avoid rubbing or pulling them. Oil-based products can weaken the bond.
How often do I need a refill?
Most clients book a refill every 2 to 3 weeks, as natural lashes shed and regrow.
Will extensions damage my natural lashes?
When applied correctly, with the right weight and length for your natural lashes and removed professionally, extensions should not damage them. Please never pull them off yourself.
How does the deposit work?
A 40% deposit is paid by card when you book online to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is paid on the day of your appointment. The deposit is non-refundable.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
